Starbright Foundation Objectives:
1. To raise public awareness of the enormity of the crimes of child abuse and their exploitation in sex trafficking and pornography within the United States.
2. To raise funds for existing programs and services, which accomplish our objectives effectively, networking in partnership locally and nationally.
3. To raise the funds needed to maintain and operate the Starbright House of Hope, a place of healing, programs and support for children who have suffered trauma from abuse, exploitation or trafficking in the United States.
4. To provide hope through specialized crisis counseling, trauma therapy and education for these young victims of child abuse and exploitation of all types and their families when possible. The standard of care is personalized to the needs of the child or young adults.
Your generous tax deductible donation allows the foundation to provide for the many needs of these victims that we encounter in our outreach ministries as well as those who frequent activities at the House of Hope.
Other ways you can help:
- Ask your church to support Starbright Foundation, Inc. as one of their missions.
- Have your social group hold a fundraiser event to help the children we serve.
- Organize an event through your city Senior Center to make blankets, dolls or stuffed animals that can bring comfort to a child and awareness to adults.
- Invite Starbright Foundation to speak at your place of business, school event or PTA to bring community awareness on how parents can participate in Community Watch Groups to protect our children at large. We train school educators, resources officers and students as well as child welfare agencies, first responders, law enforcement agencies and health professionals.
- Invite Starbright Foundation out to your bake sale, coffee and donut hour or social event and help us to educate the public on abuse prevention.
